Lead Preconstruction Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Preconstruction Manager to join our team, and take ownership of the planning, mobilisation and programme management of a portfolio of projects and advisory commissions in their early stages.

You’ll be responsible for the production of accurate preconstruction phase information to inform design and construction activity throughout the life of our projects. You’ll also manage the production and quality assurance of early-stage project reports for our clients. ​(e.g. feasibilities, options appraisals)

You will lead a small team of Preconstruction Managers, helping to nurture, grow and develop their skills, and working with managerial peers to ensure continuous improvement of our project management family of roles.
