John worked in construction for 15 years prior to joining SCAPE and worked on prestigious projects such as the Olympic Stadium, Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome in Glasgow, the M74 and also the City of Glasgow College Super campus.
John also managed environmental testing laboratories as well as independent sustainability consultancy, and served 10 years with the Scottish Environment Protection Agency as an Environmental Protection Officer.
