A double win as SCAPE recognised as a Best Company and sector leader

Over the past year, we’ve put real focus into strengthening our culture and improving the experience of working at SCAPE Group. Together, these achievements highlight our team’s ongoing commitment to building a workplace where people can thrive, grow and feel proud.

Last week, Best Companies announced the top 100 Mid-sized Companies in the UK, and we were delighted to see SCAPE recognised across three categories as a leading employer nationally, in the public sector and in the East Midlands.

Best Companies is a nationally recognised programme that rewards the very best employers across the UK. The award is based on employee survey feedback and measured using a unique BCI scoring framework.

And we are delighted to say we ranked:

• 51st in the UK’s Top 100 Best Mid-Sized Companies to Work For
• 5th in the Top 25 Best Not-for-Profit Organisations
• 13th in the Top 100 Best Companies to Work For in the East Midlands

We’re also thrilled to share that our Manager Insights programme was awarded Excellence in Learning & Development at this year’s Construction News Workforce Awards.

Our Manager Insights programme is an internal course at SCAPE Group, delivered in partnership with 10x Managers, helping to upskill and inspire new and soon to be managers across the company. This fantastic award win recognised the meaningful, people-focused development opportunities we’re creating at SCAPE Group, and the dedication of everyone involved in supporting, delivering and championing the programme.
